Custom Work
Love Soul’Ds style but fancy something a little more personal? How about getting your own, a friend, or a family member's portrait done? It could be a special, personal gift to yourself or for a loved one.
How do commissions work?
Please begin by submitting a general idea of what you are looking for by filling out a CUSTOM WORK REQUEST (Refer to bottom of this page). After reviewing the specifications, she will get back with you within 24-48 hours to give you a quote on the work. Once you approve, a 50% deposit is required to get started. Deposits are non-refundable.
How long does custom work take?
Generally, custom work takes about 6-8 weeks to complete.
How does shipping work?
All artwork is wrapped in paper, padded extremely well, and sent in a well-fitting sturdy cardboard box. Most artwork will ship via USPS or Parcelforce and will arrive within 2-4 days (domestic) from time of shipping (includes tracking & insurance). The delivery service will required a signature upon delivery. International shipments will be sent via USPS or other carrier. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. The vast majority of shipping times will be less than 7 working days.
Can I pick up my artwork from your studio?
Absolutely! You are also welcome & encouraged to pick up your original artwork in person at Soul’D studio in Greenwich, London. Use the code "StudioPickup" at checkout to forgo shipping fees altogether and we will work out a time to meet via email: hello@sould-art.com
I have size and specific colour requirements. Can you work with that?
Yes, colour swatches, fabric samples, and other aides can greatly help her when she is making a custom piece for a specific space.
Do I need to book?
Soul’D likes to focus on one commission, every 3 months. Please book in advance… It will be worth the wait!
